This is a small startup engineering the lightest tattoo machine out there and trying to disrupt the entire industry. Business as usual. We helped them capture the essential steps in the user journey. We actively collaborated with the team and came up with a successful marketing strategy which is focused on Facebook and Instagram as awareness channels as well as Google ads as a consideration channel.
The main challenge with this startup was the long sales cycle. It can take several weeks or even months from the first contact to the final purchase. Segmented remarketing campaigns in combination with emails and chatbots are our answer to this issue.
