Who we are

What we collect, and why

Only what you send us through the contact form or the free-audit form: your name and email address, and whatever else you choose to add, such as your company, website, social profiles, ad budget range, timing and message. We use it to answer you and to prepare the audit or an offer you asked for.

The legal basis is your request and the steps before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Cookies and analytics

Analytics and advertising tools run only if you allow them in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Without consent, Google tags only send cookieless signals without identifiers (Google Consent Mode), and no other tools load.

• Necessary: your cookie choice, stored in your browser.
• Analytics (if you allow it): Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Ltd. and PostHog, to see which pages are read and how visitors find us.
• Marketing (if you allow it): Google, the Meta Pixel by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and the LinkedIn Insight Tag by LinkedIn Ireland, to measure and improve our ads.

The tools are loaded through Google Tag Manager. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). These providers may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Their cookies expire after at most two years. Like every web host, our hosting provider also keeps short-lived technical server logs (for example IP address and time of request) to deliver and secure the site.

Who processes it for us

Netlify, Inc. (United States) hosts this website and receives form submissions; submissions are forwarded to our company email. Transfers outside the EU rely on the safeguards in Netlify’s data processing agreement. Apart from the tools you allow in the cookie banner, we don’t sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to answer you. If we work together, for as long as the cooperation lasts and the law requires us to keep business records.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing or a copy to take elsewhere, and you can object to processing: write to hello@goodish.agency. You can also lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, ip-rs.si).
