Meta Ads that learn from your customers, not your clicks.

Goodish runs Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram and the rest of Meta's placements) for companies that need qualified leads and sales, not cheap traffic. We are a Meta Business Partner working mostly with US fintech, SaaS and e-commerce teams, and we wire every campaign to the data that shows who actually became a customer.

What does a Meta Ads agency actually do for you?

We plan, build and run your campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Meta’s other placements, and we take responsibility for whether they produce customers. That means the ads, but also the plumbing underneath them: the pixel, the Conversions API, the audiences and the data that tells Meta what a good lead looks like.

Most of our clients are American companies in fintech, SaaS and franchising, where a lead is worth hundreds of dollars and a bad one wastes a salesperson’s afternoon. We also ran Meta for our own e-commerce venture, CityBajk, where it was the strongest channel and brought the cost per purchase under $50 in peak season.

Why do Meta campaigns stop finding good customers?

Usually because they are learning from the wrong thing. If the only conversion Meta sees is a form fill, it gets very good at finding people who fill in forms, including the ones who never pick up the phone.

The fix is rarely a new audience or a new ad. It is a better signal: server-side events through the Conversions API, and offline conversions from your CRM, so the algorithm learns from qualified leads and closed deals instead.

How do we measure Meta Ads against revenue?

We report Meta’s numbers next to your CRM’s numbers, never instead of them. Platform-reported return on ad spend counts things your finance team would not, so every report shows both and explains the gap.

For iSoftpull we built product analytics from the first ad impression to the actions taken during onboarding, then trained Meta and Google on that usage data. Cost per qualified lead fell from $205.41 to $25.84 between late 2024 and early 2026.

Who is Meta Ads a good fit for?

Companies with a clear customer profile, a product that can be shown in a few seconds of video or an image, and enough conversions each month for Meta’s delivery system to learn from. B2B works when the conversion signal comes from your CRM, not from the form.

If you only have a handful of conversions a month, we will say so in the audit and usually start with tracking and search before scaling social.

Meta Ads

What we run

Conversions API and server-side tracking

Browser pixels miss conversions. We send events from your server through Meta's Conversions API, so campaigns optimise on what really happened.

CRM and product data as the signal

Leads that became customers, trials that activated, deals that closed: we feed those back to Meta so delivery finds more people like them.

Creative testing that isolates winners

Variations of hooks, visuals and copy in a testing structure that shows which idea worked, not just which ad got lucky.

Retargeting and full-funnel structure

Multi-step funnels by intent, dynamic ads that adapt to the stage, and frequency control so warm audiences don't burn out.

Lookalike and broad-audience scaling

Seed audiences built from your best customers, then scaled once the conversion signal is clean enough to trust.

Compliance-first accounts

Fintech, lending and other restricted categories: policy hygiene and account structure that keep ad accounts live.

Real clients, real numbers, straight from our client reports.

How an engagement runs

  1. Audit & strategy

We go through your historical data, find why earlier campaigns stalled, check the pixel, the Conversions API and the CRM, and define the winning angle.

  2. Signal & creative

Fix the measurement first, then produce and structure creative variations so the test results mean something.

  3. Launch & scale

Daily monitoring, scale what wins, cut what doesn't, and report against your CRM numbers next to Meta's own.

How is it priced?

Scoped per account: the spend, the campaign types and how much tracking and CRM work sits behind them. The audit comes first and is free; you get a fixed quote after it.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Do Meta Ads work for B2B companies?

They can, when the campaigns learn from the right signal. iSoftpull sells credit-reporting software to lenders, a B2B product, and its cost per qualified lead fell 87%, from $205.41 to $25.84, after we connected Meta and Google Ads to product-usage data. Meta finds decision-makers when you tell it which leads became customers.

What is the Meta Conversions API and do I need it?

It is Meta's way of receiving conversion events directly from your server or CRM instead of only from the browser pixel. Ad blockers, cookie consent and browser privacy features hide part of what the pixel sees, so for most accounts we set up both and deduplicate them.

Do you run Facebook and Instagram ads separately?

No. Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and the Audience Network are placements inside one Meta campaign. We decide per campaign whether to let Meta choose placements automatically or to restrict them, based on where your conversions come from.

How long does it take to see results?

Typically a few weeks for the first reliable read, because Meta's delivery needs conversion data to learn from. When tracking has to be fixed first, the clock starts after the fix.

How much does Meta Ads management cost?

It is scoped per account, and we quote after the free audit. The ad budget itself is paid to Meta directly from your account.
